ITINERARY

Day1:- Juliaca - Puno

Assistance on your arrival in Juliaca. On your way to Puno, visit the famous Chullpas of Sillustani, 12 m/40ft high stone cylinder burial chambers, used by the Aymaras to bury their important leaders. Lake Umayo, located in front of the Chullpas, adds further beauty to the place. Here you also have the opportunity to observe wild guinea pigs, birds and other local wildlife. Arrival to selected hotel where you have free time to rest and get acclimatized to the altitude.
Note: If you arrive by train the excursion to Sillustani will be on Day 3.

Day:-2:-Titicaca Lake, Floating Islands of Uros and Taquile

Early in the morning, we take a two-hour motor boat excursion on the waters of Lake Titicaca to the unique Floating «Islands» of the Uros. These ancient inhabitants of the lake, known as the Water Tribe, have built their own «islands» by periodically adding new layers of a type of reed unique to the area called «Totora». Their homes and boats are also made from this material. We continue our motorboat trip to Taquile Island, inhabited by Quechua-speaking natives who have developed efficient and unique social systems, as well as fine hand weaving techniques, down through the generations. Upon arrival at the Town of Taquile we will have a lunch. Then we will walk through the various hills and archaeological sites of this 6km long island. In the afternoon, return to Puno for overnight at selected hotel.

Day 3:- Puno – Juliaca / Exit

It is located 7 km. from Maras, at 1 hour from the city of Cusco on the Chinchero route, it is one of the most spectacular visits where there are circular platforms of different sizes. They are terraces of agricultural experimentation and places of concentration of feminine energy, for which it is considered as a magnetic center of the Pachamama.

  The magical trip of my life
I met Cusco Wonder travel through Facebook. Rubén called me and gave me the best explanations to clear up my doubts. He is very friendly and super reliable, all the reservations I made from Argentina were fulfilled. I dreamed of Machu Picchu, and this tourism agency made it come true and at the best price. I visited Puente del Inca and I was looking forward to returning to do the Inca Trail with them, which takes 4 days with everything included. I recommend them, they are the best.
